Spend a focused half day learning the building blocks of Indian home cooking. After a guided welcome, an expert tutor introduces key spices and demonstrates how to balance heat, aroma and texture. Working at your own station, prepare dishes such as masala chicken, chana masala, Bombay potatoes and a fragrant pepper and garlic spice blend. With ingredients provided and small-group tuition, the food you create is packaged to enjoy later.
