Replacement voucher
Following the nightmare that was the trouville hotel we chose the east cliff hotel Bournemouth and what an improvement, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and professional and the food was excellent. Cannot recommend enough

Retirement gift
We added £149 to £100 RLE and could have stayed cheaper at this hotel booking direct
Food drinks and swim pool were “next door” across road and car park in Carlton hotel
Hotel car parking was £30 a night extra
Room was clean and tidy but the hotel in general requires updating

Website nightmare to use
We had this gift fir Christmas. We went in website with no date in mind. You cannot see what is available, you have to put the dates in, to then go through process to find out no dates available. It would be so much easier if your website showed the actual dates free we soent 2 hours checking for dates in May/April/June/July/August/Sept and December. Not ine single 2 night break in Bournemouth! Complained got the booking changed to book anywhere. So ended up in Bristol. You need to make the website more user friendly. Every hotel we looked at was ridiculous parking prices, or an additional cost of 100.00 or more on top of the voucher. Its simple, display the hotels you can use with voucher and display the dates available. Would not use red letter days again for this very reason.
