Luxury Afternoon Tea Gifts

Great afternoon at Alexander House Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The sandwiches and cakes very nice and the home baked scones and cram delicious.

The ambiance and the experience was delightful, lovely staff, who served us, the afternoon tea was excellent and delicious. A great experience for anyone who would like to experience a high end afternoon tea.

The staff were so attentive explaining the various teas, and the mouthwatering selection of savoury and sweet treats which both looked incredible and tasted delicious ??. A fantastic experience and one that we will definitely do again

Considerate staff, didnt rush us at all and gave us plenty of time to eat. Excellent pastries and sandwiches Only thing that would have made it better is if it was clear whether refills were included and if we were able to choose where to sit.

We were gifted a champagne afternoon tea and although we had difficulty getting through on the phone to the Hyll Hotel, Charingworth, Chipping Campden (formerly Charingworth Manor), but we were able to book in on line without any problems and realise the phone issue may have been something to do with the recent renovation work? On our arrival we were greeted at reception by a lovely young lady who took us through to the dining area which appears to have been recently updated but is very tastefully decorated, tables are not too close together and chairs very comfortable. We apologised, as we had forgotten to bring the gift voucher (realised as we were parking the car!) but they were able to find the reference number from the original booking and nothing seemed too much trouble. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious albeit very filling. The young gentleman who served us, offered to box up the remaining cakes and, although unexpected and not something we often do, we didn’t want to miss out on the delicious looking cakes, so gratefully accepted - he was very attentive without being invasive and at the end of our tea, he chatted with us for a while and we must commend him on his professionalism and politeness throughout the afternoon. We enjoyed the tea so much, we intend to return to have a Sunday lunch or dinner as we are sure the chef won’t disappoint. We would highly recommend a visit and our compliments to all the staff we met and we look forward to our return visit.

Wonderful Jasmine afternoon tea at the Taj Kona. Food and drinks were plenty and the lovely birthday cake was a delightful surprise for my husband. Can’t wait to experience some of their other offerings with red letter days experiences which was great value for money.

From our booking through to leaving the staff were helpful and courteous. The Champion afternoon tea was presented beautifully and absolutely delicious. We sat on the garden terrace where the sun shone and the birds sang. Bliss! A very enjoyable occasion thank you.

We have been to Tylney Hall before and were delighted with the afternoon tea, and were pleased when we were given another opportunity to go there. The Hall is located in a stunning setting. All the staff were very attentive. The afternoon tea was delicious and we were in the Lounge which was very comfortable. Restful music was playing to complete the experience. It was wonderful.
