Excellent afternoon, great views and really interesting

The hotel was easy to find, situated just off a roundabout. The rooms, whilst not 5* by todays standards, were large, functional with good comfortable beds. The bar and dining area were spacious with a good stocked bar including non alcoholic ciders. The menu choices were second to none. both our 2 evening meals were much larher than expected and delicious. Our continental breakfast had limited choices but was ample for our needs. The staff were excellent, attentive and eager to please. Lizzie, Mary and Tom looked after our needs and are to be complimented. All our needs were catered for and a return to this hotel will be made if we are in Kent again in the future

Amazing trip from start to finish. Good multimedia exhibition while waiting, awesome lift up the chimney to look out over fantastic views over London. Good gift shop too. All staff friendly and businesslike. Well done!

This was a great day out for both of us, staff were fun and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Would happily book again.

Never having been in a helicopter before, I didn't know what to expect. I don't even like humpback bridges. I needn`t have been concerned. The trip was surprisingly smooth with no sudden ups or downs. The scenery and views were stunning. We'll be back.
