Disappointed
Enjoyed visit to Buckingham Palace but no Afternoon Tea included. Apparently that had to be booked separately from booking the tour. Rubén’s said they have this issue all the time with Red letter day voucher customers. They were fully booked so have to arrange another trip up to London now for this part of the voucher!

Fantastic Afternoon tea
We both had an amazing experience. The place, the atmosphere and staff were fantastic and the food just perfect. Only thing that would have made it a little bit better, harrods you need to put your mens toilets closer. It is quite a walk

Lovely setting in Harrods
Really enjoyed our afternoon tea in Harrods yesterday. Pleasantly surprised at how full we felt afterwards. You do have to pay for additional stuff like bottled water and after everything we had an additional cappuccino and coffee. But we absolutely loved it
