The State room tour didn’t disappoint. You could take at your own pace and wasn’t too crowded. The rooms are stunning.

Easy to book and description matched the experience wonderfully

Despite the original tea hall being closed for refurbishment, the temporary location was suitably grand. An accomplished piano player played modern tunes throughout. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The cream tea included a glass of champagne, your own choice of tea each and 2 plain and 2 fruit scones with clotted cream and jam. We were offered more scones and more tea which the server said were included, however 2 scones each and a pot full of tea was enough for us so we declined. Just a couple of things buyers should be aware of though - on booking you are asked to secure the booking with a credit card which will not be charged BUT if you cancel your booking within 24 hrs is charged at £25 pp. Also, your server brings a bill for optional service charge of 12.5% plus £1 pp cover charge - totalling £9.50 currently.

Fabulous day out! The food was delicious! And very well presented it didn't look a lot, but was very filling we even had to take some home with us. The staff are really nice and looked after us well.

An excellent afternoon - the service was exceptional, as were the food and drinks served. Would definitely recommend.
