With free reign to use the facilities throughout the day, relax and revitalise the body and mind with a dip in the spa pools, a rest in the sauna or steam room, venture into the aromatherapy cave and work up a sweat in the gym. Enjoy a 25-minute spa treatment each, with a choice between a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage, an express facial, a file and varnish for hands or a file and varnish for feet. Take a break and tuck into a tasty lunch.

Treatments were lovely. Facilities are a bit worn and could do with a refurb but a good relaxing day all round. Mix up with lunch but quickly rectified - we booked afternoon tea but were given a voucher for one course lunch.

Had a lovely day at the Spa, treatment was a massage, lovely, set us up for the day, lunch was good, we throughly enjoyed the day, staff were wonderful and so friendly, hotel was a joy, so clean and tidy, recommended.

Spa is lovely - lots of different areas to relax in and it was a good price for all day with a treatment. Only wish the lunch had been a bit nicer
