What a wonderful afternoon from start to finish. Learning about cooking simple dishes that taste amazing in a short period of time & having the reasons behind the way we cook the food. Preparing a restaurant standard dish within minutes.

Luxurious, inspirational surroundings, beautiful attention to detail, warmly welcoming staff, excellent tuition, totally self-indulgent (most of the Michelin star-level food was cooked by the Chef - our tutor, who was brilliant, while we watched. And then we got to eat it. What's not to like? We did in fact cook our own main course, after being shown how. The menu was a firework display of brilliance. I learned SO MUCH, thanks to the generosity of the chef, who shared so much of his expertise with us. I should add that we were taught in a very comfortable kitchen space, in a small, entertaining group of mixed ages. No stress, no furnace. A multi sensory treat, all round.

Summer dinner party day. Interesting food choices and plenty of hands on cooking. Brilliant staff with lots of useful tips. Definitely worth every penny

We've just been to a Cardiff workshop. It was such a fun way to spend a morning. Georg and Yonda ran the session and they were both knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of lovely tea to try and you get to take home three blends you have created and 10% off in the shop. Even if you aren't a big tea drinker you'll find something for you here.
