Lactic Fermentation day
Great "hands-on" day learning about Fermentation and practising the w=skills. Learnt an awful lot, really enjoyed the instructors knowledge and teaching skills. Hopefully the fermented products will taste as good in 2 weeks.

Brilliant, relaxed experience with so much tea
We've just been to a Cardiff workshop. It was such a fun way to spend a morning. Georg and Yonda ran the session and they were both knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of lovely tea to try and you get to take home three blends you have created and 10% off in the shop. Even if you aren't a big tea drinker you'll find something for you here.

Really enjoyable and educational experience!
Fantastic introduction to foraging, really great experience with an initial walk learning how to forage amd identifying what is in fact edible. Followed by a fantastic cooked meal with items we had been sent off to forage for. Matt was very knowledgeable and fantastic throughout.
