A really great experience
This was a fantastic and different experience. Our group leader did a great job leading us through different teas and blending our own recipes. Came away with 3 own blends and some other teas. You wont be disappointed in this event.

Fantastic introduction to foraging, really great experience with an initial walk learning how to forage amd identifying what is in fact edible. Followed by a fantastic cooked meal with items we had been sent off to forage for. Matt was very knowledgeable and fantastic throughout.

Great Gift & Great Day
We opted for the S/E Asian experience and had a thoroughly enjoyable day from the moment we entered the School to the time we left. The Chefs were very knowledgeable and were very happy to share that knowledge giving a background to ingredients and offering techniques.We were part of a group of six and everyone was very friendly adding to the great experience. The result amazingly fantastic food which is definitely the menu for my next dinner party.

69th Birthday Gift - Pasta Naster
What a great 2 hours! Katherine lead us through the process of pasta making. Giving step by step, clear guidance in addition we were guided through the making of three sauces. Most importantly, I be was able to make decent pasta for the first time. Subsequently, I have arranged for family and friends to come to my house for a para meal. I highly recommend the workshop.
