  You will receive two vouchers, both vouchers are valid for two people. The Chimney Lift is available Monday–Friday, year round excluding school holidays. Want a voucher for more people? Add extra people during the online booking journey. Dining is available Monday - Thursday, year-round, excluding school holidays. Entrance is between 10am–3.50pm. You will be able to select your entry time at the point of booking. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 21 years. Infants aged two years and under can enter free of charge and do not require a ticket. Visitors are asked to only bring a handbag or small rucksack. For a step-free route, please reserve the wheelchair lift. Please inform the bar of any dietary requirements at the point of booking.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Pushchairs and buggies are only permitted in the gallery space and cannot be brought into the Lift.
