Lovely chilled experience
The setting is lovely and so quiet, just what you need to relax. We had a massage, and it was one of the best I’ve had! I forgot the ladies name but she was so friendly and offered lots of advice after treatment. The afternoon tea was amazing and definitely filling! Well worth a visit!

Although I enjoyed the treatment it would have been helpful to be shown around so that we would know where things were and be able to make full use of the facities

Spa treat!
We arrived at the Abbey spa facilities which are located in the leisure centre, we were guided through to the spa reception at the back, filled out health forms and then waited in the relaxing area. We were called through shortly afterwards and taken to the treatment room , we both had a back, neck and shoulder massage, facial and scalp massage. These treatments were so needed and they were so good.
Afterwards we went into the sauna rooms and the jet pool , we didn’t stay in there long. The room could do with a lick of paint on the ceiling and a scrub with sone lime light on the tiles but it’s expected with the amount of steam that escapes from the steam rooms. In all a lovely experience would recommend the treatments.
