Had a lovely day in the spa and a nice treatment.

Lovely afternoon tea and tea unlimited which is a must when having afternoon tea! It was nice not to have to book just turn up with voucher so no faffing!

My daughter had a lesson today with Matt. He really put her at ease and helped her feel comfortable in the car

The lesson was easy to book with a good variety of options. The golf pro was brilliant, understood my swing instantly and worked on one area to help consistency. Would highly recommend.

4th floor at Harrods. Amazing setting with chandeliers, all missing were Del and Rodney. Staff very good and teas excellent no. 18 normal but brill. Wife loved the green tea. Sandwiches good but small lightly toasted on a plinth was heaven. 2 scones jams and clotted very filling then amazing variety of cakes/desserts. All in all lovely. Only downside was finding the toilets but waiter took me. Blanc de Blancs Champagne expensive but was very very good.

Great afternoon learning how perfumes are categorised and layered. A true sensory overload and an opportunity to learn and be creative. Thanks to the team for a well run session.

Lesson was fantastic however your process to get the voucher exchanged to a lesson was very difficult with no assistance was very poor

This was a well put together tour, taking us to lots of recognisable filming locations. Andy the tour guide was fantastic, he was very personable and ensured everything ran with ease. The only criticism was that the drink / lunch break was way too short (20 mins). By the time I'd queued up to collect our drinks, and briefly used the facilities, I had less than 10 mins to down my £7 cocktail - and my brother's tea was only just getting cool enough to drink. Luckily I hadn't ordered any food, although it looked very nice. Shame as the venue for the break stop was really lovely! But all in all, a great experience, I'd still definitely recommend the tour, and Andy the guide.

The venue was good friendly staff,food was good ,the atmosphere was of a friendly but competitive. The cast held their own with the buzz of the crowd with the storyline being laid outand the clues giving an insight into a good whodunit. My wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly. RED letter should hold their heads up high
