It is amazing gift for couples friends family or even kids

I took a friend. We are both coeliac and we were catered for with no problems. I would have liked another pot of tea offered to us but that's trivial. We both really enjoyed the lovely surroundings. The staff were very helpful and efficient .

Had a lovely afternoon tea. Fresh sandwiches. Yummy scones and fantastic cakes . Too many to finish so we (wife and me ) took some, along with my special birthday slice, home with us in a box . Very impressive first class hotel. Attentive waiter.

My daughter had a lesson today with Matt. He really put her at ease and helped her feel comfortable in the car

A delightful afternoon at the beautiful Lastingham Gfrande for afternoon tea on the characterful terrace overlooking the gardens. A warm welcome on arrival and attentively looked after throughout our time there. The service was great without being over intrusive. The food was first class, just the right quantities and blend of clearly home-cooked delights. Special Gold Medal mention for the scones - with the possible exception of my Scottish Granny's - the best ever sampled. All digested with peaceful views over the garden and a stroll around. Just excellent in all respects - a big thank you to the team.

This was a great day out for both of us, staff were fun and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Would happily book again.

The Haycock Hotel is such a beautiful place to visit. The sandwiches, scones & cakes were delicious. The staff were very attentive.

Really enjoyed this. The venue was lovely, very personal (just the two of us) and Kelly made us very welcome.
