Everything was as expected,

Nice night away, good dog friendly room and nice meals

Wonderful setting, lovely staff and gorgeous afternoon tea.

We stayed at The George Hotel Chollerford. Super dog friendly, lovely room, friendly staff, comfortable bar area. The downside was the swimming pool was out of action. Would definitely stay there again.

Would highly recommend Excellent I have had lessons before at different golf clubs but this was the best Lee was excellent and taught me a lot in just one hour

We were thoroughly spoilt with an Afternoon Tea at Bovey Castle. The attention to assisting was flawless from parking the car, helping with an elderly guest and repeating the selection of homemade goodies to us. The homity pie was outstanding. The fresh scones were fantastic and the choice of teas to wash it all down were replenished as required. Looking forward to returning.

Lesson was fantastic however your process to get the voucher exchanged to a lesson was very difficult with no assistance was very poor

I received vouchers from work as a gift. I used them for theatre tickets to see the musical Back to the Future. It was wonderful and the children were delighted, but when ordering the tickets, I entered the wrong email address, and Red Letter Days sent them to the wrong address. I tried to explain this numerous times and spent hours talking to customer service, but unfortunately, no one could help me. A terribly unpleasant experience. I had to explain everything only at the theatre under stress.Terrible customer service!!!

Fantastic food, especially the Japanese savoury pancakes with Japanese mayo. The sushi was outstanding. The hosts were also very accommodating. When I informed them that I was a vegetarian (no meat or fish), an incredible selection was created for me to enjoy with many clever substitutions, (my partner is not vegetarian and had the Japanese afternoon tea as is). Furthermore, my email request to be sat near the Teppanyaki counter was granted as we were sat directly in front of it. Very good experience.

Very fun, amazing instructor and made us feel safe. I’d love to go again!
