Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Greeted with a roaring wood fire making the wet weather tolerable. Check in was seamless and the bar and restaurant very welcoming. Food was superb and staff polite, cheerful and helpful. Big bonus being dog friendly, they were accepted everywhere except the restaurant which was understandable. No problem we ate in the bar and as all the other guests did too it made for a really warm and friendly atmosphere. First visit here and it will definitely not be our last.

Lesson was fantastic however your process to get the voucher exchanged to a lesson was very difficult with no assistance was very poor

My husband and I were gifted this experience by a friend for Christmas. The voucher came in a nice red envelope. Booking had to be made by contacting the restaurant directly, rather than online. So it wasn't the easiest but since we had allergies we would have called or emailed anyway. The experience itself was amazing! The restaurant was quiet at 12pm even on a Saturday (I think most people go for dinner). The staff was polite and we knew we stepped into a luxurious place. The food was very tasty!! It was just enough that neither of us felt peckish until dinner (despite walking a LOT the rest of the day), but not too much so we could enjoy it all without feeling bloated. We are both very much into Japanese culture, and can say that Ginza St James offer an authentic experience, for Japanese lovers and curious foodies fan alike. The wagyu menchi katsu was divine, especially dipped in the sauce made of raw yok and soy. We had a glass of champagne included, and treated ourselves to lovely cocktails too. The tea selection is unique and I found a new favourite. The restaurant dealt really well with our allergies too, they had it all written and adapted slightly the menu for us. I highly recommend this experience; it's unique and really worth it! PS: I only was allowed to upload 2 pictures, there was more food on the table!

I would recommend this for any Liverpool fan. You get a chance to have a photo with a past player, ask a question and be entertained with amusing stories from their career. You are also presented with a signed book, when you leave the room. The stadium tour, you get to access areas where you wouldn't normally get to go, such as the changing rooms and actually sit in the coaching staff seats (pitch side). The stadium staff are also helpful and friendly. The tour also include the museum, which also a must see!

Had a great couple of days here. Very clean & tidy. Staff friendly & helpful. Really good breakfast cooked to order.

This was a fantastic and different experience. Our group leader did a great job leading us through different teas and blending our own recipes. Came away with 3 own blends and some other teas. You wont be disappointed in this event.
