Your pamper spa day also includes the 40 minute ESPA treatment of your choice (from either a hot stone back massage or a boutique facial). A tasty spa lunch is also included.

  Minimum age is 16. This experience is suitable for both men and women. There is wheelchair access throughout the spa, apart from the gym.

• Duration Detail

  Feel free to arrive anytime after opening from 9am and you're welcome to stay until the spa closes (weekdays 9pm). Your treatment will last for 540minutes.

• Dress Code

  Bring swimwear, trainers and a tracksuit or gym clothes if you plan to use the fitness suite. Towels, robes and slippers are provided and you'll have access to a private locker.
