  Minimum age is 16. This experience is suitable for both men and women. There is wheelchair access throughout the spa, apart from the gym.

• Duration Detail

  Feel free to arrive anytime after opening from 9am and feel free to stay until the spa closes (weekdays 9pm).

• Dress Code

  Bring swimwear, trainers and a tracksuit or gym clothes if you plan to use the fitness suite. Towels, robes and slippers are provided, as well as access to a private locker.
