Rejuvenate in the marble steam room or under the needle shower, have a dip in the pool and Jacuzzi or why not break a sweat in the state-of-the-art fitness suite? Lunch is included, with a choice from a menu of wraps, paninis and salads and a non-alcoholic refreshment each, so pick your favourite and tuck in.

Minimum age is 16. This experience is suitable for both men and women. There is wheelchair access throughout the spa, apart from the gym.
- Duration Detail
Feel free to arrive anytime after opening from 9am and feel free to stay until the spa closes (weekdays 9pm).
- Dress Code
Bring swimwear, trainers and a tracksuit or gym clothes if you plan to use the fitness suite. Towels, robes and slippers are provided, as well as access to a private locker.
