Amazing Spa Day

Fantastic from start to finish. We had lunch in the spa, relaxed using all of the facilities and the treatments were amazing. Great value for money and we will definitely be back!

Lovely spa day

Gorgeous afternoon at the spa, the pool area was being refurbished so we did not get to use that, but we knew that when we booked. The massage was lovely and all the staff super friendly

Not as expected

Upon booking several weeks ago the receptionist was totally unaware of red letter day, although she did book us in. We were asked to confirm times for our light lunch and treatment, upon arrival no one was at reception, when the receptionist arrived she again was unaware of red letter days, we had to re-explain everything. We confirmed out times, however there appeared to be some confusion over what was allowed for lunch, we went to the changing rooms , though almost all the lockers were pre locked by members ( not on the premises) only 3 free. Our lunch was again confirmed but we were asked could we go to the restaurant for it, we explained we hadn't brought suitable clothing as it was a spa day and that lunch was to be served at the spa, the very obvious lack of staff became apparent when out lunch arrived 40 minutes late which left us 20 minutes to eat it, it also arrived without any condiments. Our therapists came out for our treatments at the agreed time, not enough time left to attempt to digest lunch. Overall a very disheartening experience and would certainly not recommend to friends or return ourselves, such a shame as it was a special occasion for us.
