Best gift ever

Lovely hotel Staff at the spa where very friendly Had a lovely back massage and facial followed by a swim, sauna and steam room, then had a afternoon tea

A perfect day

My friend & I enjoyed a fantastic, relaxing , day, started with a swim, relaxed after with free juice, then the most relaxing massage given by Alex & Chloe. Followed by a fabulous afternoon tea, the scones were amazing.

Go somewhere else

Pool full of children, ripped robes, dirty toilet area, sauna out of use, two treatments to choose from when three are advertised. Water cooler covered in lime scale. This is not a relaxing place to go for a spa day. Afternoon tea was nice once they finally got the dietary requirements right (they were given them a week in advance). The treatment rooms were clean and the Elemis products were nice but if you are spending money on a days experience, do not head here. Four of us attended, all felt disappointed that we did not get what was advertised.

complete let down

we attended the spa on Sunday 26th March. Upon arrival we were told on of our parties treatments had been cancelled and she would have to attend a different treatment later on by herself. The towels and robes we were given were damp and stained. The facilities were dirty and just all round poor. We booked this trip under the impression that children were not allowed, however when we made our way to the pool it was full of children splashing and screaming. I would not recommend this “spa” to anyone.
