  Minimum age: 18 years. Under 18s must provide written consent from a parent or guardian who must also accompany and supervise during the use of spa facilities and treatment. The venue has disability access via the front entrance with an automatic door, and lift to all floors.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment to ensure full benefit from the session. It is not mandatory, but arriving two hours early is recommended to enjoy the spa beforehand. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations for couples and small parties; larger groups of four or more must provide one week’s notice for cancellations or changes.
