A really lovely afternoon tea with the surprising addition of some absolutely gorgeous soup. The sandwiches were really fresh and the scones lovely. We had to take the cakes home as we were full but we're sure they'll be equally good.

Wonderful Christmas present
Normanton Park Hotel is situated by the edge of Rutland Water. We ate in the conservatory overlooking the water, beautiful view. Food was excellent, we had ordered vegetarian and were not disappointed. Meal was topped off by "bottomless" Prosecco. In summary we really enjoyed our excellent Christmas present.
