60 Minute Flex Wing Microlight Flight in Northamptonshire

Climb into the cockpit of a dual-controlled flex wing microlight with a CAA approved instructor and get ready for the flying experience of a lifetime. Soar to sensational heights and feel the rush of wind from the open cockpit as the instructor shows you just what the weightshift machine can do. This exhilarating adventure begins with a detailed briefing which includes an introduction to the microlight (Quik GT450). Then once you're in the sky, there's even a chance to take charge of the controls to find out exactly what it's like to be a real life microlight pilot - a buzz that has to be experienced to be believed. • Availability Description

  Selected days throughout the year, excluding the Christmas and New Year period.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age is 16. Maximum weight is 100kg. Participants must be reasonably fit and able to climb in and out of the microlight. Anyone who suffers from an illness which can cause incapacitation or blackout cannot fly.

• Weather

  Microlighting is extremely weather dependent. Fliers must call the venue before setting out to confirm the experience is able to go ahead as booked.

• Duration Detail

  Expect to be at the venue for up to an hour and a half including a briefing and 60 minutes of microlight flying time.

• Numbers On The Day

  Briefings may be shared, but all flights are held on a one-to-one basis with a qualified microlight instructor.

• Dress Code

  Please wrap up warm and wear sensible shoes (no sandals or heels) and gloves. Sunglasses are recommended all year round.
