Stand Up Paddleboarding Taster Session for Two with The SUP School
Overview
Stand-up paddleboarding is the fastest-growing watersport in the UK. Find out why so many people love this sport on a taster session with The SUP School. The SUP School hosts their lessons on the River Stour and the River Avon and has a beautiful waterside location with a private slipway entrance to the river. They also offer changing rooms, an outside shower and all equipment for the lesson – so all participants need to arrive with is an enthusiasm to learn! A taster session is a great way for beginners to gain confidence on the board. Begin with a welcome introduction and safety briefing, where participants learn about board size, volume and shape and then head out into the water to learn how to balance on the board and gently paddle along the water.

- Receive a safety induction, basic training and guidance from an experienced paddleboarding coach
- All equipment is provided (excluding wetsuits - these can be hired for £6)

Minimum age: 10 years. Participants under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult (18 years and above). Participants must be able to swim. - Duration
The lesson begins with 15–20 minutes on land before heading onto the water for 30–40 minutes. - Other Info
