All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Please allow 21 days for return of membership pack and cards. Membership allows free admission for two and up to six accompanying children (under 19). The recipient will receive a voucher that they must register online. They will then be sent their membership pack and cards.
