Disappointing

The afternoon tea at Augill Castle was a disappointment. The food was delicious - complements to the chef. The lad who greated us on entry was friendly and professional. The disappointment relates to the environment which was cold and permeated by the loud conversations of staff in the kitchen, right next to the room where tea was served. We heard all their conversations, listened to their choice of radio show. Also random staff rushed through th eroom, sometimes in converations with each other. Come on guys- basic professional service please!
