Nice old Hotel
Lovely large room on 4th Floor .
view from room was roof tops.
Breakfast was on another floor which was originally the ball room. Ladies toilets on ground floor was far away from reception and the small bar. Mens toilets are opposite the lift by reception area. Plenty of fish & chips places along the seafront. Pier not too far from the hotel. Local shops and the old lanes are a short walk away. We went to a Comedy Night only 10 mins from hotel, really good.
The hotel is great if you want to be close to the seafront as it is opposite.

Great break
Lovely hotel friendly staff very clean great location, would go again. One problem only when someone raining water above very loud.

Brighton Hotel Stay
Eventually managed to find and book. There was a selection of hotels to choose from but there were lots of restrictions and majority had an additional cost. We paid additional £35 for a four star hotel with breakfast. Breakfast was good but hotel definitely not a four star and was rather disappointing.

Avalon guest house
This guest house is old and tired but for one night it was passable. The sea is at the end of the road and it is fairly quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was fine. Plus’s a fridge in the room and a hairdryer as I had forgotten mine. Would I stay again? No. Red letter charge a lot of money for this guesthouse and it’s not worth it, much better available and cheaper if you pay yourself

Worst gift ever
Red letter days are a complete waste of money. Hard to book anything and none are as advertised. Most hotels needed to pay a supplement. Still owed £40 for a hotel I didn’t stay at. Absolutely terrible customer service. No email address or phone number to contact. This company is a joke!! Steer clear.
