  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Should you need to cancel, your deposit can be carried over to another appointment if more than 48 hours’ notice is given. A £35 per person allowance is provided towards dinner in the Waterside restaurant. Arrival is from 8.30am; guests may stay until after lunch, or begin with lunch and stay until 7.30pm. There is a £35 allowance per person in the Waterside restaurant for dinner. Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time. Thermal suite and leisure facilities access is available until 4pm on the day of departure.
