Wonderful relaxing massage and spa day
We were given a voucher for a spa access with free treatment each as a Christmas and finally got round to cashing it in yesterday. Our experience was really great. The massage was wonderfully relaxing followed by time in the steam room and sauna. All in all a really wonderful morning and early afternoon!

Disappointing
On arrival we were told we needed to pay an extra £15 each to use the facilities which was already included? The robes we were given had holes in and had stains on and my husband had to ask twice to get a bigger size as his was tiny. Spa facilities were small, I didn't feel relaxed or I was somewhere special considering this was a gift to pamper me. I cannot fault the massage room and the girls who gave our messages though, that was the only good part of our day.

Excellent Christmas Present ??
The whole spa was warm, calm and had relaxing music playing. I had a facial which was one of the best I’ve ever had . The relaxation room was very comfortable and calm especially after having a sauna steam and shower
