Spa was great, staff very helpful and friendly. Afternoon tea was delicious. Unbearably hot in changing rooms.

What a fantastic experience, such fun making up your own scent. Loved it so much I had a second one made as well. Can’t recommend enough.

My son was gifted this for Christmas and he thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He learned lots of interesting facts about meerkats from the keeper and got to feed them lots of mealworms. There were some 5 week old babies which made the experience even more memorable! A unique and memorable gift for children and adults of all ages.

Received this as a gift from my partner, I took my sister and we had a lovely relaxing day with amazing treatments. Both left feeling refreshed and my sister asking when we were coming again!

Lovely staff, allowing time for everyone to experience handling the birds. I learnt a lot about where the different birds originate, little habits they have, interesting facts and misnomers. It is clear to see there is a lot of love for these birds by the staff! Nevertheless, I do wonder about how the birds feel. Although they are often flown and I have no doubt they are given the care and attention they need, I cannot help but think that the birds should be in their natural habitats. Having said that, I understand it is a great tool for educating people, including myself, to understand a bigger picture of the world around us and to make a better connection with it, so we take better care of our world and things that live on it. Last thing to mention - the group I was part of had almost 30 people in which, although we had no issues, did feel quiet large and needed a lot of handling. Thoroughly enjoyed the day and the birds I met were absolutely amazing. A privilege to be able to see these creatures up close and feel for their behaviour and individual characters! Thank you very much!

The venue was good friendly staff,food was good ,the atmosphere was of a friendly but competitive. The cast held their own with the buzz of the crowd with the storyline being laid outand the clues giving an insight into a good whodunit. My wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly. RED letter should hold their heads up high

This spa day and afternoon for me and my daughter to enjoy. We were both very happy and impressed with the day. The spa was lovely and uncrowded. We were able to relax and have a good catch up chat! The afternoon tea was first class and served in a room with a lovely view. We even brought home some cake for my husband to enjoy! Based on this experience, I am happy to strongly recommend this "red letter day".
