Six Hour Tall Ship Sailing Trip for Two in Dorset

Tall ships are a majestic and rare sight on the rolling waves and learning the art of sailing them is no less exhilarating than in its heyday. This six-hour sailing trip is guaranteed to make the day of any aspiring sailor or those who enjoy taking in the stunning coastal scenery while enjoying the gentle movements of a vessel at sea. Setting off from historic Portland Harbour, the Moonfleet, a former Dutch cargo vessel built in the 1930s, will head along the Jurassic Coast, taking in sights of Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Mupe Bay and Worbarrow Bay, where it anchors. Passengers are welcome to join the crew in getting hands on. Learn how to raise the mainsail, anchor and even steer!

• Duration Detail

  The sailing trip will last six hours. Please arrive up to half an hour before the ship is set to sail.

  The maximum number of passengers onboard on the day will be 12.
