Smoking is allowed in certain areas on the property, but not inside the tiny house. The on-site shop and restaurant is open Wednesday–Sunday, 9am–9pm; food and drinks are not included. Mobile reception varies by network. Free-roaming farm animals and potential noise may be present. Livestock operate on a rotation grazing system. Doors, windows, lights, air conditioning and electronics must be closed or switched off when leaving. Longer stays or later check-outs incur an additional charge. Stays of five nights or more incur an additional cassette toilet cleaning fee. Abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas. Changes are permitted up to 14 days before your experience. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiture.
