Gorgeous overnight stay for a couple
Lovely overnight stay in a cute hotel 5-10minute walk from Winchester town centre. Very nice spa - recommend booking treatments in advance because they are very popular!

anniversary stay
the hotel is lovely staff very helpful. our room was very nice. the spa was new clean and very quiet. dinner and breakfast very nice food. two things that annoyed me a bit i kept getting lost so many stairs and corridors strange layout. And they are refitting some the rooms and we had to keep walking past the workmen to get to our corridor.

Easy process but More expensive than booking direct
It was an easy process but more expensive than booking directly with the hotel. Some other hotels offered perks like dinner, but this one did not and I think it needed something more, like even a free cocktail in the bar. Also had to pay for parking.

Birthday gift for my daughter
Nice hotel, room comfortable and clean, but mattress very soft. Breakfast buffet style, quite busy and crowded round food area although timed sittings! We didn't use spa as found out over a week before that fully booked for spa treatments. So walked into Winchester (10 mins walk) for treatment elsewhere. Overall, hotel good but not the relaxing break we expected.
