  Available week round, year round. All dates are subject to availability. Six-Course Gourmet Dining: Excludes Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day. River Thames Cruise: Excludes bank holiday Mondays, Valentine’s Day (13th and 14th February), Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday), 25th December and 1st January. Specific dates may not be available.

  River Thames Cruise: under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 may travel for free.

• Duration Detail

  Six-Course Gourmet Dining: Friday and Saturday evening bookings must be made within 48 hours prior to the experience. River Thames Cruise: City Cruises services operate approximately every 30 minutes between 10am and 6pm, depending on the departure pier and the season. This ticket is valid for 24 hours, from the time of your first boat trip to the same time the following day.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Six-Course Gourmet Dining: the venue has disabled access, but please note a weight limit applies; check with the restaurant when booking. Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. Supplements apply on additional items and upgrades. All usual dietary requirements can be catered for except Halal. All reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation and amendment policy, and cannot be changed within 48 hours of the booking. River Thames Cruise: due to high demand, it is advised to book early. This voucher cannot be extended. Once booked, if you do not show up for the experience without notice, you will not be able to reschedule and a refund will not be available. All products must be pre-booked and are non-refundable once booked. It is not possible to reschedule or refund for no-shows or late arrivals. All dates are subject to operational changes.
