- The maximum group size is six people - maximum of two people on Sundays
- Bring flip flops, gym wear and swimwear on the day
- The pool is unavailable for swimming Monday-Friday from 10:30-11:10am. Sauna, Steam rooms and Whirlpool remain open
- Minimum age: 18 years
- After booking, you will be contacted by the spa before arrival to ask any required health questions and arrange any treatments that are part of your experience

Christmas gift
It was amazing. The reception and greeting was welcoming. The receptionist made us feel at ease when filling out our personal information. She showed us where we needed to go,although we did take a few wrong turnings. The facial was fabulous and felt refreshed. The facilities were excellent, although the pool closed for the aerobics, which if we'd been aware,would have enjoyed being apart of. I ordered specific sandwiches for the afternoon tea and that was delicious ?? overall the experience was brilliant. Thankyou

Disappointing from red letter experience to the hotel
I was gifted a two day stay for two but when it came time to book it what was available at the price of the voucher was extremely limited and univiting. As a result we choose a spa day that sounded lovely.
The treatments and service in the spa were very good.
The leisure centre arrival was disappointing. Everyone we met was polite but having issued health forms, we were left waiting for some time without welcome drink. It wasn't until we asked about a drink we were offered one. The introduction to the facilities and explanation of the agenda was very limited and vague. This meant that with the rabbit warren layout of the leisure centre we were wandering around trying to find our way. The changing facilities looked tired and worn. The jacuzzi compared to other venues felt cold as it was part of the pool with set timings for it being on.
The afternoon tea looked lovely but sadly the scones were rock hard while mouse like dessert slid off its base when you tried to lift it on to your plate.
Communication prior to the day was impersonal and sparse. Although we had replied to emails only one treatment was recorded and for the wrong person.There was no instruction about the parking situation which would have been helpful too.
I would recommend the spa treatments again but I wouldnt pay for a spa day or the afternoon tea again. Very disappointing especially as it was a gift from friends and I will be uncomfortable answering when they ask how it was. Sorry.

Was ok
The facilities are outdated. We got the treatment booked for 4.30 pm, and we didn’t stay for it as it’s a really long day to start at 10 am and wait about untill 4.30 pm. We paid extra for a back massage which is way too overpriced for an only 30 mins massage. Everything looks dirty and old. The jacuzzi is not an actual jacuzzi and the water in it is the water from the main pool which is cold. I wouldn’t go back.
