Completely robbed
My daughter brought a 3 course meal for me and my wife so we decided to use it for our wedding anniversary and booked a table for 8pm. Upon arrival at 7.45pm we were told the kitchen shut at 8pm and would not serve us food. Why let us book a table if the kitchen is shut. Contacted red letter days and was told they would send an email and get the voucher reinstated but would take a couple of weeks. Well it's been over a month and had no contact what so ever and can't get hold of anyone to deal with this, which means my daughter has paid money for absolutely nothing very disappointing and would not recommend this to anyone
