Not worth the money

Complicated booking process where my booking was cancelled all together when I tried to add more guests. Food was quite good but very expensive. Voucher didn't include significant service charge which we weren't warned about beforehand. Wouldn't recommend.

great alternative to a cream tea !

A gift from our kids that we turned into an alternative cream tea. Extra alcoholic drinks were not cheap but nice nonetheless. Service was good and the game tables a bit of fun.

Excellent gift and lovely experience

Booked last minute on a Sunday. Very polite and professional staff. Booked us quickly by email. Food and service was amazing. Loved the dishes provided for the afternoon tea. Would definitely revisit. Thank you to the restaurant.

Nice but could have been better

On Saturdays they only accept bookings between 4pm and 4.30pm. Staff were friendly but obviously too busy. We had to ask for water four times before it came, and when it did, there was only one glass to share. The tea didn't come either. There is a touch screen ordering and games system on the tables which kids would enjoy a lot. It did mean that it was very difficult to get staff attention though. Food was mostly lovely, though the desserts were still slightly frozen in the middle. A bill came with a 12.5% service charge which I thought was a bit inappropriate as it meant we knew what had been paid for a gift.
