About the experience
Soar between towering Douglas firs on seven tandem zip lines at Go Ape in Grizedale Forest, starting with a 20-minute hike deep into the Lake District woodland. An off-road ride with your instructor winds up mountain roads to the training zone, where you'll get to grips with the equipment and take a practice run before the real thing. Then it's 3km of whizzing through the canopy at up to 45mph, with the fells rolling out far beneath you.
