In Bean to Bar chocolate making workshops, aspiring chocolatiers start with a simple cocoa bean and end up with a delectable treat. Hosted in Hotel Chocolat’s Cocoa Vaults in Covent Garden, guests are guided by experts. Slowly savour a glass of fizz whilst taking in the initial demonstration. Pay attention to the techniques used, as trainee confectionery makers are up next!
Guests use everything they’ve learnt, including the tempering process, to make their very own creations. And to top it off, a bag of chocolaty goodness is given as a gift. There’s no such thing as too much chocolate.

Tasters try a hand-picked selection of 13 dreamy items whilst being taught how the bean, terroir and conching time affects flavour and texture. Guests take home a goody bag and enjoy a 10% discount on any purchases.
Give the little ones the time of their lives with a kid’s workshop, held in the Cocoa Vaults. Youngsters watch an expert make amazing creations, then it’s their go! After finishing off their masterpiece with beautiful decoration, each slab is gift wrapped so they can show off their handiwork.
