What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Available week round, or Sunday–Thursday at Slug & Lettuce, year round, excluding Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Some locations are not available Sundays
• You will have two hours to enjoy your afternoon tea
• Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the time of booking
• Accessibility varies by location. Please check at the time of booking
• The dress code is smart-casual. Sports wear, tracksuits and hats are not permitted. Smart trainers are acceptable
• Bookings need to be made 48 hours in advance
• Please note, some locations have an over 18s policy at select times
• All dates are subject to availability
• All amendments or cancellations for afternoon tea bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in your voucher being marked as redeemed, and it will no longer be valid for reuse
• If you do not attend your booking and have not attempted to amend or cancel it, your voucher will also be treated as redeemed
