Lights, air conditioning, electronics, windows and doors must be switched off or closed when leaving. Smoking is not permitted in the tiny house; smoking around the fire pit and outside is permitted with care. Mobile reception varies by network. Longer stays or later check-outs incur an additional charge. BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban. Stays of five nights or more incur an additional cassette toilet cleaning fee. Abundant wildlife may be present on the property. Changes are permitted up to 14 days before your experience. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiture.
