  Please bring gym clothes, trainers and swimwear. You can hire a spa bag (charges vary by location starting from £10pp, plus a refundable deposit from £10pp). This includes a robe, towel, flip-flops and bag. The flip-flops and bag are yours to keep and your deposit will be refunded when you return the robe & towel at the end of your spa day. Alternatively, you may bring your own robe, towel, and footwear.
