• Availability Description

  Available on weekends and during school holidays from mid-February 2026 to end of October 2026. Your voucher is valid until 31st October 2026. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Under 15s must be accompanied by a participating adult for Zip Trek and High Ropes; a supervising adult must be present for Power Fan (one adult can accompany up to four under 15s). Ages 15–17 require an adult aged 18 years onsite.

• Duration Detail

  Please allow four hours and 30 minutes at the venue.

• Numbers On The Day

  This voucher is valid for two people.

• Dress Code

  Closed-toe shoes required; no crocs, sliders, sandals or high heels. Athletic clothing suitable for movement is recommended; skirts and dresses are not suitable for most activities. Long hair must be tied up in a low style and free from accessories. Loose or dangling clothing is not permitted. No loose items permitted.

• Other Info

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Approved safety helmets must be worn for Zip Trek, Speed Slides and High Ropes; headwear and scarves must not interfere with helmet fit. Waivers must be completed for each participant and a safety briefing attended. Thin protective gloves are recommended for Zip Trek; gloves can be purchased on arrival for £4 per pair. No pets allowed, except assistance dogs. Not suitable for non-ambulant guests; all guests must be able to walk unaided, otherwise disabled guests must have a minimum of one helper and a maximum of three helpers. Gripped activities minimum height: 1.4m. Power Fan minimum height: 1.3m. Maximum weight: 120kg. Not advisable for pregnant people. Not suitable for guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, broken limbs and/or back or neck problems; medical advice recommended for pre-existing conditions. Valuables taken onto courses are at own risk and jewellery should be removed before participating. Participants must follow Team Members' instructions at all times for their own safety.
