Wonderful experience
A lovely afternoon tea, starting with the friendly welcoming staff. A lovely array of sandwiches and delicious sweet treats. Attentive staff without being overbearing, checking everything was okay. Would definitely recommend and make a return visit.

Big Admin Error
I originally had a voucher for a helicopter flight experience and it said on the Red Letter days that there was a location near me in Barnstaple. However, on clicking the button to book, Barnstaple was not there!!.. the nearest was now over 100 miles away!!
I then had to change it , so we went for tea...at Northcote Manor.. beautiful interiors.. service was quite generic.. It was missing the extra personal touch with a genuine caring attitude. The sandwishes were gobstoppers and not really luxurious.. again quite mediocre. The Cakes and sweet pastries were quite boring.. good variety, but quality was just satis. The scones were presliced!!! and quite dense.The driveway and out buildings one sees on approach to the car park are run down and a total anticlimax to the welcome of the Manor.
