Drive Dad’s Car – One Car Choice from Collection and Museum Entry for One

They just don’t make ‘em like they used to do they? Take a journey back in time and drive a glorious classic British car for 20 minutes on a closed road circuit. Choose from a fleet of iconic vehicles from the years 1935 to 1995, including the likes of the Morris Minor Convertible, The Reliant Robin and much more. Aided by an expert instructor, you’ll enjoy 20 minutes of driving, so you’ll be able to get a very real sense of what makes the car so special. Then, head over to The Great British Car Journey exhibition to experience a deep dive into the history of the British motoring industry, as well as take a look at over 140 classic cars. Leave with cherished memories and with a warm glow of nostalgia!

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available Wednesdays, Saturdays and selected Sundays, year-round (during Autumn/Winter months experiences operate on a reduced schedule)
• Minimum age: 17 years
• Please bring your confirmation e-mail with you on the day
• Drivers must hold a full driving licence which will need to be presented on the day
• You will have a fully qualified instructor with you during the driving experience
• Some driving experience providers may ask participants to sign an indemnity or damage waiver form on the day of the experience. This means they may be asked to contribute towards the cost of any damage caused to the vehicle during their experience. Full details of the indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the experience provider. We’re unable to advise or comment on the content or suitability of the waiver. Most providers also offer an optional indemnity or damage waiver for an additional fee. This is separate from the public liability insurance held by all venues
