  Minimum age: 9 years.

• Weather

  The park may close in extreme weather such as storms, high winds or lightning. In this situation, customers will be offered to move to a later time on the same day, subject to availability, reschedule their booking to another date, or receive a full refund.

• Duration Detail

  Sessions last for 50 minutes. Please arrive 45 minutes before the start of the session.

• Dress Code

  All participants must wear a buoyancy aid, provided by the supplier. Please bring swimwear and a towel and remove all jewellery. Wet shoes are recommended.

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Participants must sign a waiver form. For those under the age of 18, an adult must sign on their behalf. Participants under the age of 16 must have an adult aged 18 or over remain on site for the duration of their visit. Participants must be able to swim 50m unaided and be confident in the water. If participants have any medical conditions, they should consult doctor before taking part.
