  For Marco Pierre White London Steakhouse Co.: Lunch service is 12pm–5.15pm Friday to Sunday and dinner service is 5.30pm onwards. This experience is not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day. For Thames River Cruise: This experience is available week round, year round excluding bank holiday Mondays, Valentine's Day period, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December and 1st January. All dates are subject to availability.

For Marco Pierre White London Steakhouse Co.: Please see below with regards to opening times: Mon–Thurs: 12pm–3pm and 5.30pm–10.30pm. Fri–Sat: 12pm–10.30pm. Sun: 12pm–10pm. Side dishes, additional drinks and tea and coffee, are not included and will be chargeable. Supplement prices are subject to change. Your voucher cannot be extended. Please note that Friday and Saturday evening booking reservations can only be made within 48 hours prior to the experience (availability for dinner on Friday and Saturday is released at 9am on Wednesday and Thursday respectively of that week). A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill. Wheelchair accessible with a weight limit, please check with restaurant when booking. For Thames River Cruise: Please note that due to high demand for the river cruise during summer months there may be some restricted availability during July and August. Specific dates may not be available – please be aware this experience is subject to operational changes. City Cruises services operate approximately every 30 minutes between 10am and 6pm (depending on the departure pier and the season) – please remember to check the times of the return boats and the last boats of the day. This voucher cannot be extended. Once booked, if you do not show up for the experience without notice, you will not be able to reschedule and a refund will not be available. All reservations are subject to a 48 hour cancellation and amendment policy such that they may not be altered within 48 hours of the reserved time and date.
