Felt like royalty

From the moment we arrive to the minute we left we were made to feel special. Our room was spacious and the food was first rate. We thought the staff were joking when they offered to take us to the dungeons but we had a full guided tour of the hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back there.
