Everything was as expected,

I received vouchers from work as a gift. I used them for theatre tickets to see the musical Back to the Future. It was wonderful and the children were delighted, but when ordering the tickets, I entered the wrong email address, and Red Letter Days sent them to the wrong address. I tried to explain this numerous times and spent hours talking to customer service, but unfortunately, no one could help me. A terribly unpleasant experience. I had to explain everything only at the theatre under stress.Terrible customer service!!!

We stayed at The George Hotel Chollerford. Super dog friendly, lovely room, friendly staff, comfortable bar area. The downside was the swimming pool was out of action. Would definitely stay there again.

Easy booking process, good location with free parking at the rear, nice room, friendly and welcoming staff and great food and drinks. Worked for us!

We loved the concept of staying in a Romany-type caravan for two nights. The location suited us as naturalists so well with places like Arne Heath and Brownsea Island so close. We did other trips to Thomas Hardy’s house; Corfe Castle and to the Great Bustard project on Salisbury Plain. We packed a lot in but we were there close to Longest Day so we had lots of time to use. We are in our 70’s but encountered no problems here - and the staff were so friendly and helpful too.

We enjoyed a short break in one of the Rosebud Meadow pods - there are very comprehensive instructions about what to bring and what was already provided, so we knew what to expect. The pod was warm and cosy (and we had dry weather), and the shower block is immaculate (great water pressure and plenty of hot water). We enjoyed seeing the horses and goats abs bought some goats' milk toiletries as souvenirs as we left. Rosie always answered emails quickly leading up to our stay, and as everything was so well-prepared and explained, we didn't need to contact her whilst we were there. Thanks for a lovely relaxing break, Rosie!

Staff were friendly and welcoming from the start. The restaurant looked amazing, complete with pianist. And the tea was to die for. I've never had such tasty sandwiches and cakes. There was so much we went home with a doggy bag each.
