  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Thermal Suites include the Hydrotherapy Pool, steam rooms and saunas. To use the Thermal Suites, sessions must be pre-booked with the supplier. Hotel guests can enjoy one 50-minute session per person on the day of check-in and one 50-minute session per person on the day of departure, plus unlimited access to the swimming pool and gym. Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 11am. Hotel guests have complimentary use of the spa facilities from 2pm on the day of check-in, up until 10.30am on the day of departure (departure from the facilities 11.15am).
