  All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Guests must arrive at the VIP Desk inside the London Eye Ticket Office at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in missing the first rotation and re-entry is not permitted. Guests must be aged 18 or over to consume alcohol and may be asked for ID under Challenge 25. An optional champagne upgrade is available at the time of booking. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
